Delivery:

Delivery usually occurs within 2-5 days. In special circumstances it may take longer. In that case, we will contact you. 

Return och refund policy:

As the items are vintage, they may show signs of wear or age, which can vary in appearance. Since you wear pieces with a past, we encourage you to embrace the charm of these unique characteristics history. Noticeable imperfections are detailed in the product description. In an effort to protect the environment, we encourage you to shop thoughtfully to minimize returns.

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as the product is in the same condition as delivered. Send an e-mail to phoebe.vntg@gmail.com to announce your return. The returning package should be sent within 7 days from when you have announced your return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the item is returned safely. Once we receive the item, we will inspect them and issue a refund.
